Whipped Me Up

Creamy and decadent yet light and reviving, this cocktail blends flavours of toffee, caramel, chocolate, coffee, and smooth whipped cream.

Ingredients

1 oz Pinnacle Vodka Whipped

1 oz Kahlua

1 oz espresso

1 oz Baileys

2 oz milk

Method

Pour all ingredients into a snifter glass half filled with ice. Stir briefly and enjoy.

Tips

Prepare the espresso first and allow to cool. Add as the final ingredient — this will cause less ice to melt should it still be a little warm.

Whipped Cocoa

Whipped Cocao

Whipped Cocoa

Feeling the cold? Warm up with a nice hot whipped cocoa. It’s the perfect hot chocolate for adults, combining rich cocoa with vodka that is infused with smooth whipped cream.

Top it off with fluffy whipped cream and chocolate flakes and enjoy it as you warm up from the inside.

Ingredients

1 oz Pinnacle Whipped Vodka

4 oz Hot Chocolate

Dollop of whipped cream Sprinkle of chocolate flakes

Method

Pour Pinnacle Whipped Vodka into a heat-resistant glass or mug. Add hot chocolate and top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate flakes over top.

Tips

Many warm cocktails include cream liqueurs. The benefit of using Pinnacle Whipped Vodka is that it delivers a silky smooth, creamy flavour without the heaviness of a thick cream liqueur.

Orange Dreamsicle

Orange DreamsicleOrange Dreamsicle

The number of flavoured vodkas has been increasing over the years, and it seems that any flavour you can dream of is now available.

Our cocktail of the week features whipped cream flavoured vodka. Yes, whipped-cream vodka! By combining the sweet taste of whipped cream, tropical pineapple, and fruity orange, we get a sensational drink. The Orange Dreamsicle. A simple and sweet dessert martini.

Ingredients

1 oz Pinnacle Whipped Vodka

2 oz orange juice

2 oz pineapple juice

Garnish with half an orange wheel

Method

Ice a martini glass and set aside while making the drink. In a shaker filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients. Shake vigorously. Discard the ice from the martini glass. Strain the shaken mix into the now chilled glass. Place the orange garnish on the rim.

Tips

When using juices, always use ones Not From Concentrate when possible. The saying, “The better quality the ingredients, the better tasting the end result” is true.
