June is often a busy month for wed-dings. I, too, will be at the altar this June on the way to my own happily ever after.

In recognition of all the happy couples tying the knot, I would like to introduce you to a signature wedding cocktail. Smooth vodka and a splash of cherry fruit flavour mix nicely with bubbles.

Ingredients

1 oz. Russian Standard Vodka

1 oz. Bols Cherry Brandy

3 oz. Sprite Cherry for a garnish

Method

Simply pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a cherry on a pick.

Tips

This drink is quick and simple to make, which is important at a wedding because the bar can become flooded with guests all at once. Having a signature drink that is easy to make can help cut down on long lineups.

To add a bit more elegance to the cocktail, you can replace the Sprite with sparkling white wine or Champagne.
