Kremlin Russian
Spruce up your usual White Russian cocktail with a fun and creative addition. Use your favourite cereal to add a boost of flavour to an already appealing drink.
The drink starts with a powerful and smooth Russian Standard Vodka, which is then combined with rich coffee liqueur. Wrap it all together with cereal-flavoured milk and top it with a cherry.
Ingredients:
1oz Russian Standard Vodka
1oz Kahlua
4 oz cereal-flavoured milk (see tips)
Cherry Garnish
Method:
In a rocks glass filled with ice, pour in Russian Standard Vodka, Kahlua and cereal-flavoured milk (see below).
Stir and garnish with a cherry.
Tips:
What makes this cocktail different is the flavoured milk.
Take your favourite cereal and add milk. Leave it until the cereal is soggy. Pour into a blender. Blend briefly. With a fine mesh strainer, strain into a container.
You should be left with a flavoured milk that you can add to any cocktail that calls for milk.
So many possibilities! I like frosted flakes. (As Tony the tiger would say, they’re grrreat!)
